Morgan starred on a video about AIDS education and prevention, Safe Sex for Men and Women. A portion of the profits were donated to American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is a part of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan has been involved in numerous fundraising initiatives to combat the disease and testified to an Congressional Special Committee on AIDS Education. Morgan is part of the Board of Governors of APLA as well as the Board of Directors of Amfar. C. Everett's former assistant surgeon general asked her occasionally to sub for him during AIDS awareness programs. In addition, she was the host of an AIDS Awareness Special presented by Steve Bell. Ted Koppell interviewed Morgan twice on Nightline on AIDS. Morgan is nominated by the Emmys for Diane English's Murphy Brown special written especially for Morgan. Her next project brought Morgan to Luxembourg, where she starred in the role of Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in Harmony Gold's production. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also on the set. Morgan has also been the only actress to appear in the psychological thriller of USA Network and earned the strongest ratings this network's recorded.
